    Orders made before the 29/07/15 will be processed as usual.

    We will continue to hold your data securely, in accordance with data protection laws.

    For a copy of your patient record, please contact customer service at support@lloydsonlinedoctor.com. You'll be charged a small fee for this service.

  • What if I have questions about a previous prescription?

    For issues relating to previous prescription from the Online Doctor please email support@lloydsonlinedoctor.com. Please note we will not be able to provide advice on any other medical issues.
